RESTAURANTS & LOUNGES:
AQUELLOS TIEMPOS: It is a specialty restaurant with an early-century Mexican decor. Awarded the Four Diamond Award, it is doubtless Guadalajara's best restaurant, since its Mexican cuisine is delightful and is served with background piano music.
LA HUERTA: Breakfast, lunch, and dinners served in an informal setting, with a view of the hotel’s main gardens, it has an open terrace canopied by a millenary Rubber tree and a luxuriant Indian Laurel. The “La Huerta” restaurant has become, through the years, a reunion point for the society of Jalisco.
